Payment may be required in full or in part before work begins
Invoices or payment links must be paid within the specified timeframe (14 days in general)

Make WP Great does not store or process credit card information directly.

5. Refund Policy

Completed work is non-refundable
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if work has not yet started
No refunds are provided for time already spent, delivered audits, consultations, or completed services

Make WP Great retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or case studies

You retain ownership of all content you provide.

Make WP Great shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue or profits
Website downtime
Data loss
SEO ranking changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, rankings, conversions, or business outcomes
Website performance, SEO, and results depend on many factors outside our control

12. Termination

Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
